As the name suggests, Manilla Active Mix is a highly attractive groundbait which becomes incredibly active once submersed in water. Although it is primarily designed for use with our Manilla range, it can be used on its own as a stand-alone bag or stick mix, or even fished in a feeder.

Along with the base mix used within our Manilla boilies, we have added boosted levels of super soluble ingredients such as milk proteins and peanut protein.

The unique blend of powders means the Active Mix constantly releases particles upwards from your baited area. This helps catch the carp’s attention and entices them to investigate. We suggest dampening the Active Mix with Cloudy Manilla Liquid to bind it together and add even more potent attraction.

Sticky Baits Manilla Wafters Dumbells, Designed to replicate our popular Manilla Boilies, these dumbell-shaped hookbaits will slowly sink under the weight of the hook. For anyone unfamiliar with the principal, Manilla Wafters perfectly counteract the weight of your rig, leaving a critically balanced bait that will fool even the wariest of carp. You may note they come in a slightly lighter colour than the bottom baits but this is no accident, once the bottom baits have been immersed in water they will match the wafters perfectly. If you wish to increase attraction further still, then our Manilla Bait Glug is available, making a combo we think is irresistible to any carp. If you have ever used peanuts before, were sure youll be aware of just how addictive carp find them, however due to the high fat content it has previously only been possible to use them in small quantities - not anymore! Sticky Baits Manilla Dumbells, Designed to replicate our Manilla Boilies, the Manilla Dumbells are made using the same base mix, only with added soluble attractors. These dumbell-shaped, sinking hookbaits also come with an extra soluble coating to maximise their leakage and attraction. The Manilla Dumbells make an ideal alternative hookbait for fishing over Manilla Active Mix and Manilla Pellets. As well as this, they are a superb choice for stalking and short sessions as the fast acting coating maximises the instant attraction of these hookbaits. The Bait Spray range has been designed as an alternative attractor to supplement the liquids already in each range. Although we swear by our Liquid Food and Glug ranges, they aren’t ideal for soaking hookbaits for prolonged periods of time, as their dense nature can dramatically affect the buoyancy of a pop-up or wafter and render your rig mechanics useless.

Bait Sprays are a much lighter alternative, that easily absorb into your chosen hookbait, yet still pack the same punch as their thicker counterparts – simply grab a tub of hookbaits and give them a couple of sprays to seriously boost their attraction!

Designed to work all year round, the Sticky Manilla Active Wafters offer a replica of the popular Manilla Active Boilies but with the key difference of these wafters coming in a barrel shape, potentially giving your hook bait the edge in amongst your freebies.
